L Power is the Founder of Floating Lotus Vietnam, an Australian-based concierge service created to support Australian and New Zealand clients seeking cosmetic surgery and dental care in Vietnam with confidence and clarity.
Driven by a strong focus on patient experience, transparency, and safety, L Power established Floating Lotus Vietnam to bridge the gap between overseas medical care and the reassurance of local, English-speaking support. She works closely with trusted surgeons, dentists, coordinators, and nursing teams to ensure every client receives personalised guidance and end-to-end support throughout their journey. Known for her hands-on involvement, attention to detail, and genuine care for each client, L Power remains actively involved from initial consultation through to recovery and follow-up — ensuring each experience is seamless, supported, and stress-free.

Our lead plastic surgeon is a highly experienced and internationally trained specialist, known for delivering natural, balanced results with a strong focus on patient safety and long-term outcomes. He speaks excellent English, ensuring clear communication and confidence throughout every stage of your treatment.
He holds a Master’s qualification and completed his training as a Surgical Resident Doctor at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy. He also received specialised training in cosmetic surgery at Pham Ngoc Thach Medical University, achieving a Specialty Level I qualification in Cosmetic Surgery.
In addition to his formal training in Vietnam, he has undertaken advanced professional training abroad, including in France and South Korea, further refining his expertise in modern aesthetic and reconstructive techniques.
With many years of clinical experience, he has performed thousands of procedures across facial, breast, and body surgery. His approach combines advanced surgical methods, refined aesthetic judgement, and a deep understanding of individual anatomy to deliver results that are personalised—not standardised.
He is recognised for his meticulous attention to detail, ethical and conservative surgical philosophy, and commitment to modern technology, high-quality materials, and strict international safety protocols.
